FAQ

Is indema charging just per month, or per month per user?

We charge per month or annually only. We only limit the amount of users you have and are not able to increase the amount of users for your plan. If you require more than 3, simply upgrade to our unlimited plan.

Can I charge my clients and is there a fee?

Yep! You can charge your clients for anything! We integrated with Stripe, Paystack, Razorpay, and Paypal. We are incrementally adding integrations down the road as well. We do not charge you a fee (like competitor platforms do!). You are just charged for whatever fee the platform you choose to use charges. Typically 3%.

How does indema handle feedback and requests?

We have a very strict policy when it comes to this. If it’s easy for us to implement, we will 90% of the time implement your request for a feature within 30 days. If it requires more time and commitment we will seek the help of other users to see if this is a feature worth developing. If we get enough responses, we will put the feature on our roadmap.

Does indema have an affiliate program?

Absolutely! We want to be sure we take care of the users who help us grow. For that, we offer a heavy 25% commission for every designer, every month when you refer. Read more here. 

How long is the trial?

Our trial is 15 days long. This gives you plenty of time to explore, set up a project, and get organizing! After your trial is over, you will be automatically charged for the plan you chose on sign up to prevent any lapse in service.

Can I change my plan?

Absolutely! You are free to change your plan anytime you’d like. The upgrade will happen immediately, and you can enjoy the new features immediately.

What makes indema different than the other platforms?

Aside from our DNA and our values that make up who we are as a company, we have many features that differ from the other platforms. indema focuses more on managing your business, and project workflows, while the other platforms focus a lot of their efforts on moodboards and design. While both of those are super important as well, they just are not what we focus on. You can see more here between all of the platforms.
